Amy Zara: Amy Zara is a London based Yoga instructor and the founder of A to Z Yoga who in just 7 years of teaching has won awards for her classes and has already helped 1000’s of people to completely alleviate acute pain and massively improve their overall health. Her mission is to help the world move freely and to become confident, compassionate beings who walk this earth happily and wholeheartedly. ​

Your Chef

Tallie trained at Demuths Cookery School before working as a chef at the top plant-based London restaurant, Wild Food Cafe. She now runs her own catering business, hosting supper clubs, cooking on yoga retreats, and catering for events and private dinners. Tallie is passionate about showcasing how exciting, tasty and nutritious plant-based food can be, using ingredients that are accessible to all. Her website and blog can be found at
