Classes are held in various locations throughout North London. 



 I have been doing yoga with Amy for about a year now...what a workout!!! She is a brilliant yoga teacher, explains and shows the poses and movements excellently. I feel more relaxed after the yoga sessions and can feel a big improvement in my posture. I would definitely recommend Amy's yoga classes!
